Common Scenario Modeling Uses
The users can create custom BHP scenarios (drawdown management scenarios) to evaluate production/PI forecasts.

Clicking on the dropdown button for scenario type, multiple options can be selected.

By selecting Custom Bottomhole Pressure, the user will be prompted to upload Bottomhole Pressure Profile. The template can be downloaded here:

After filling out the desired BHP with steps, drag and drop the saved excel file back.

Click on Save & Continue to view the added scenario and corresponding IPR/VLP, ∆NPV, forecast, or economics. At current stage of ProdX, the interpretation of choosing the best drawdown strategy is currently left to the users depending on what economic/production metrics they prefer.
The users can create scenarios using different artificial lift methods.

Clicking on the dropdown button for scenario type, multiple options can be selected, including other lift types.

If Gas Lift is established as the base case scenario and the Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) is selected as the scenario modeling case, then upon selecting ESP, the user will be prompted to provide the following information:
ESP operating frequency, tubing pressure, gas separation efficiency, head degradation, install order, pump model, number of stages.

By clicking on the dropdown button of pump model, the catalog of available pumps will appear. If you are missing a pump, it can be added to the catalog via the GraphQL API or by contacting a Xecta customer success team member.
If Sucker Rod Pump is selected as the scenario modeling case, then upon selecting SRP, the user will be prompted to provide the following information:
Stroke Per minute, Surface Stroke Length, Set Depth, Tubing Pressure, Casing Pressure, Plunger Diameter, Plunger Length, Plunger Clearance, Volumetric Efficiency.
Click on Save & Continue to view the added scenario and corresponding IPR/VLP, ∆NPV, forecast, or economics.
