Your trial can begin without the additional effort of connecting live source system data. Complete our basic Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet filling it with data extracted from a source system and we will upload it for you. Just make a request through our Customer Support Center
Live data makes a trial more realistic. You can use the REST APIs to connect your live data with your trial account. We provide QuickStart API tutorials for Postman, Python, C#.NET and Azure Data Factory. Your support lead can assist you with additional sample code if required
Trial customers will be assigned a support lead from our customer success organization. The support lead will assist you with connecting data, setting up end user accounts and assisting with getting the most out of the models and workflows delivered by our product(s). Our support lead will support your trial for the duration of the trial period.
Xecta welcomes customer input to improve our product features and influence the workflows we provide. During your trial period Xecta may (at our discretion) work with you to develop, enhance or beta test a new product feature. If mutually agreeable to both parties Xecta will create a feature scope then work with you to achieve the agreed outcome during your trial period.
